The package says not to use heating appliances. Cold rollers do not work neither dry or with wrap lotion overnight. I even tried wraping it overnight. I can't use a blow dryer.

Use perm rollers.
Carefully have a friend dip your hair in rollers(if its long that is), into a pot of boiled water.
Towel dry.
Remove rollers.
