if it is human hair it probably needs conditioning. it was probably over processed.
Why does some extension human hair tangle?
When Grade D (animal, synthetic and human hair mixed) human hair quality is used it can result in dry, brittle hair that tangles constantly.
Cuticles in the wrong direction can cause hair to tangle. . If the cuticle scales are not facing the same direction, hair can matt and/or tangle.
Over processed hair can tangle.
Dirty hair can cause tangling. When dirt and sweat accumulate, hair tangles.
Keep the hair clean. Wash it at least once or twice a week with warm water. Wash your hair immediately after swimming, spa, exercise, and etc.
Too much leave-in conditioners and other hair care products will create a build up on the hair and will cause it to tangle faster.
