Why does my remy human hair piece blow up like it is full of air around my shoulders i hate it pleas

Is it too big? My synthetic piece did that and I had to tighten it by sewing the stretchy band parts by your nape. Sometimes mine does that when I'm sweaty, wearing a coat, or if it's dirty.
